Bahan Omurice Onion
- Siapkan 2-3 butir telur ayam tergantung lebar pan, pastikan saat dituang telur memenuhi pan ya.
- Dibutuhkan 4 sdt fibre creme dan 4sdt air hangat aduk/bisa diganti susu uht.
- Gunakan 1/4 onion (sesuai selera).
- Dibutuhkan 1 sdm shoyu kikkoman.
- Dibutuhkan 2 sdm oyster sauce.
- Siapkan 100 ml air (aku mau buat agak basah aja klo mau lebih silakan).
- Siapkan 2 sdm margarin/butter lebih enak sih haha.
- Sediakan Nah pan atau penggorengannya yang anti lengket ya.

Langkah-langkah memasak Omurice Onion
- Masak dulu telurnya, nah sebenernya aku gagal nih buat telur wkwk cuma karena enak jadi aku bagikan aja. Disini telurnya dikocok terus campurin sama fibre creme yg udh dikasih air/susu kocok lepas.
- Siapkan pan dan margarin/butter, panaskan di api sedang aja. Masukkan telurnya kalo udh panas bgt ya..
- Setelah dimasukkin pan nya digoyang2 sambil terus diaduk2 telurnya. Aduknya yakin aja jgn takut haha nanti klo udh keliatan agak matang bisa mulai di lipat kesisi lain sampai membentuk. Agak susah harus berkali2 coba hehe. Nanti klo aku berhasil aku update fotonya.
- Kalo udh mateng taruh di atas nasi panas. Skrg masak onionnya ya. Pakai pan yg sama aja, boleh ditambah butter/margarin tp aku tambah sesame oil 2 sdm, panaskan baru masukin onionnya yg udh dipotong2 ya. Nanti kalo udh kecoklatan masukkan air dan shoyu sama oysternya. Masak sebentar, kalo aku kubiarkan airnya surut baru matikan api..
