- Gunakan Sawi putih/caisim/kangkung/pakchoi.
- Gunakan Kulit tahu(digoreng dlu lebih enak).
- Gunakan Jagung.
- Dibutuhkan Jamur shitake/enoki/tiram.
- Gunakan potong dadu Tahu putih.
- Siapkan Mie instant (optional).
- Sediakan Bumbu utama:.
- Dibutuhkan Lengkuas potong dan geprek.
- Siapkan 3 btg Sereh potong dan geprek.
- Gunakan 8 buah bawang merah geprek.
- Sediakan 4 buah bawang putih geprek.
- Siapkan 2-4 lembar daun jeruk.
- Siapkan Jeruk nipis.
- Dibutuhkan sedikit Kecap ikan.
- Gunakan Bumbu tomyum instant (saya pakai 1/2 saja).
- Sediakan sedikit Garam dan merica.
- Gunakan sedikit Kaldu jamur.

Langkah-langkah membuat Hotpot kuah tom yum
- Siapkan bahan bumbu utama:lengkuas, sereh, bawang merah, bawang putih, daun jeruk, jeruk nipis, bumbu tomyum instant.
